Microsoft APAC: New and Improved

Microsoft is working hard to make its APAC region more user-friendly and efficient. In this blog, we'll take a look at some of the new changes and improvements in Microsoft APAC.

First and foremost, Microsoft is making it easier for users to find what they need. The company has streamlined the navigation on its website, adding more featured content such as blog posts and video tutorials.

Another area where Microsoft is making improvements is the customer experience. In order to better serve customers in Asia Pacific, the company has increased its support staff by 50 percent (to over 1,000 people). Furthermore, Microsoft has partnered with local service providers so that customers can get help with their issues right away.

The updates don't stop there; Microsoft is also working on improving its apps and services. For example, the company is expanding Office 365 to include new languages and regions, including Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, and Indonesian. In addition, Microsoft will be adding machine learning capabilities to LinkedIn in the coming months so that it can help professionals connect with each other more effectively.

All in all, these are just a few of the many changes taking place at Microsoft APAC. Keep an eye out for more
