Tails.com | A Stylish Approach To Dog Food

Tails.com’s goal is to create the perfect food for each and every individual dog they serve. They wanted to do this by understanding their dogs’ personalities, needs and dietary requirements, as well as looking into their physical needs – like whether or not they are prone to allergies, or a certain breed of dog would be able to eat human foods like chicken. They designed recipes that meet all these requirements, with photos illustrating the products themselves so you can see how diet-friendly they are!

Why do dogs need customized food?

We all know our furry friends have unique dietary needs, but why do dogs need customized food specifically? Well, for starters, dogs are able to digest and metabolize different types of food better than humans. Second, their gastrointestinal system is more efficient in utilizing nutrients from different sources. Plus, their digestive system is constantly evolving to process new foods and flavors. Lastly, the specific ratios of essential fatty acids (EFAs) and proteins that are necessary for optimal health can vary depending on a dog's breed and activity level. That's why it's important to get your pup's food analyzed by a qualified veterinarian or nutritionist. After all, feeding your dog the wrong kind of food can cause serious health problems down the road. So next time you're at the store or pet supply store trying to figure out what type of kibble to buy for your pup, remember: We're Tails!
